Heyyya:)

After a long Tuesday of class, homework, and cooking I finally get to write my welcome blog. I have never blogged before, and I am not sure whether I like the idea, but I guess there is nothing wrong with trying something new…

My name is Bernaddette Mendoza, I am a junior at Southwestern, and I am tremendously blessed.

I have a wonderful family,

an amazing best friend,

and a strong shoulder to lean on.

Although I might forget it sometimes, I truly do love school. I also love playing sports (no matter the type) and I love nights out with my girls from back home. I am a pretty outgoing person and I am always willing to lend a hand; I have been through more than most (though it may not be obvious).  

Well… there is not much else to say besides my favorite color is hot pink, my favorite television channel is MTV, I just started working at YOGO Bowl (yall should come visit and leave tips), and my favorite song is “Always and Forever” by Heatwave because it reminds me of the man in my life that means the most to me… my dad.
